exceptional design and quality acrylic polyurethane finish!
Spectacular is the only way to describe this magnificent
selection made available by the artisans at Deco-Dence.
Original English Art Deco cocktail sideboard that has a most
unusual and quite dramatic bar service movement. When the center
door is lowered, the two upper side doors swing out and the
middle bar service section moves forward! This cabinet does
everything but pour the gin!!! The English certainly know how to
serve their libations in style.
The exterior of the cabinet has been finished in among the most
expensive black acrylic polyurethane available that is totally
water and alcohol IMPERVIOUS, hand-rubbed to a piano finish
worthy of a Steinway concert grand. The upper bar service area
features quilted sycamore that has also been finished in a
similar piano finish of clear polyurethane. All hardware and
railings have been removed and hand polished to a gleaming
result. The upper bar service area features a mirrored back
service area with the original English fixture, re-wired for
American circuit, that comes on and off automatically when the
drop down door is opened and closed. There is a glass shelf in
the upper bar service area for cordial display. The drop down
door has the original reverse painted glass service area
protecting the quilted sycamore and revealing the cabinet
maker's name, "Beautility".
The lower sections of the cabinet are lined in flame mahogany,
refinished in a satin polyurethane finish. The two side doors
open to reveal plate glass shelves and three-way halogen lights
on each side controlled by a single touch control that provides
three levels of lighting to enhance display. There are three
service drawers in the middle of the bottom cabinet area. One is
fully lined for silverware storage and two are lined in cedar.
Elegant chrome and brass reproduction Art Deco hardware has been
selected for this cabinet to enhance the cabinet's elegant,
sensuous lines. (Original hardware can be provided to the new
owner if so desired.)

One of the most exciting, unusual and
unique original Art Deco cocktail sideboards that Deco-Dence has
ever had the pleasure of offering. This is an extremely refined
design that is very reminiscent of French Art Deco but the
sideboard is of English design and manufacture.
Exotic and expensive bookmatched Carpathian Elm Burlwoods encase
the piece with a beauty that is simply unrivaled. A light
stained cross-cut mahogany acts as a complement to the extremely
beautiful burls. The cabinet sides curve inward, adding a nice
visual interest. The cabinet's front design includes a
handcarved detail right below the pop-up bar service area on top
and it serves as the handle to the drop down liquor bottle
storage area right below it (where your two favorite libations
are always on the ready in their own respective polished
chromium bottle clips!). A beautiful contrast exists between the
exotic bookmatched Carpathian Elm Burls and the straight grain
woods with a light colored accent on the legs, around the door
knobs and the hand-carved detail area.
There are two shelves located behind the left hand door (great
for barware storage) and a very tall one shelf storage area
located behind the right hand door that is perfect for today's
extra tall premium liquor bottles. Two top drawers facilitate
storage of bar service accoutrement with the left hand divided
drawer lined in new black felt and the right hand drawer in
wood. The pop-up bar service area in the top middle is perfect
for liquer glasses and service.
Dimensions of this piece are 54" wide x 19" deep x 36 1/2" tall.
This cabinet has been hand stripped and fully relacquered with
new nitrocellulose lacquer that has been hand-rubbed to a high
gloss on the exterior, with the interior re-lacquered in a satin
finish. New reproduction Art Deco hardware has been added to
enhance the beauty of this cabinet.

Art Deco bar. Beautiful English Art Deco
cocktail sideboard in a stunning burled walnut exterior with a
ribbon mahogany interior featuring a serpentine design. The
design also has a sweeping, curved and footed base that adds
visual excitement to the piece. Bar service area features the
original reverse painted striped glass bottom with a mirrored
back. Original light automatically turns on/off when the drop
down door is opened has been rewired for American circuit. Bar
service area also has it's original glass shelf for cordials or
shot glasses. Plenty of storage is found behind the two side
doors where two shelves on each side are located. Two drawers
are located immediately underneath the bar service area; one is
felt lined. Includes custom plate glass (new) for top of bar to
protect finish. Fully relacquered and hand-rubbed to it's
original high gloss finish by the expert artisans at Deco-Dence
and ready for your entertaining pleasure!

Art Deco bar. Very beautiful, English Art
Deco cocktail sideboard. The Art Deco cabinet has a bookmatched
burled walnut that begins on the top of the cabinet and
continues all the way down the front to the floor! The compound
stepped curves and serpentine front is striking in design and
reflects early Art Deco influences. Absolutely the finest in
vintage artisanship!
The exterior has been re-lacquered with 15 coats of new
hand-rubbed high gloss lacquer. The interior of the cabinet is
lined in ribbon mahogany and cedar and has been re-lacquered and
finished in a satin finish.
The bar service area is a triple mechanism movement - the bar
service area moves up and out when the door is opened downward.
The bar service area is lined in birdseye maple that has been
rubbed out to a mirror like high gloss finish. Features original
gleaming chrome juicer and 6 original martini picks. The
original English fixture and bulb operate when the bar door is
opened as the cabinet has been re-wired for American circuit.
There are two incredible original reverse painted mirrors in the
bar service area. A display area below features original reverse
painted mirror bottom and original reverse etched glass doors; a
light has been added to the display area to showcase items.
Dimensions are 19 1/2" deep x 56 3/4" wide x 40" tall.
