Incredible vintage Mickey Mouse wool area rug. Mickey is the train engineer with many of his Walt Disney cartoon friends onboard including Mickey's niece and nephew, Lady and Tramp, and Donald Duck's nephew Huey.
Observing and cheering Mickey on are Chip & Dale chipmunks in a boat on the pond, three birds from Cinderella, Pluto running with the train, Bongo the Bear from 1947 "Fun and Fancy Free" on a unicycle, Bambi, Flower the skunk from Bambi, Donald Duck as flagman/conductor, and Thumper the rabbit.
This original carpet's measurements are 45 1/2" across x 60" wide (including fringe). Carpet is in excellent original condition. This is a must have for any Walt Disney collector or Mickey Mouse collector.

"Bacchus" cigarette box. Incredibly rare Rockwell Kent design for Chase Chrome and Brass. In copper, a hinged rectangular box with wood interior, decorated with a young Bacchus striding nude figure carrying two large bunches of grapes, with two leaping goats in the background and mountains in the distance. Incised "R.K."
Touted by Chase as "Mr. Kent's first design in metal". The Bacchus design was Rockwell Kent's only design for Chase, also used on the "Wine Cooler" and "Wine Bottle Stand". Cigarette box is 6 1/2" long x 5 1/4" wide. Only offered in 1935 and 1936. In very good original condition.

Original 1930's design with divided glass insert by Cambridge Glass Company of Ohio on top of a chrome triangular shaped holder with figural nudes shielding their faces (Bashful Charlottes) at each corner. Chrome holder by Farber Chrome. This example has a deep, rich green insert reminiscent of vaseline glass with it's glowing hue. In excellent condition.
