Art Deco seating. "Weissenhof Model No.
MR10" chair designed by Ludwig Mies van der Rohe in 1927. First
shown publicly at the Weissenhof as part of the "Die Wohnung"
("The Dwelling") exhibition. This design is considered to be the
most graceful of the early cantilevered chairs. Made of bent
nickel-plated tubular steel, brown leather and bent solid steel
by Thonet. Dimensions are 19" wide x 28" deep x 33" high.

daybed for the Lloyd Corporation (a division of
Heywood-Wakefield), circa 1930-1935. Original mustard naugahyde
with white piping is in very good condition. Chrome is original
and in excellent condition. Has original Lloyd decal. Hairpin
style legs. Dimensions are 23" tall (at headrest) x 74" long x
27" wide.
